1

Check your setup

Before anything else, make sure these three things are set correctly. The loader won't work properly without them.

  • Steam is running and you're logged in
  • FiveM is set to Fullscreen mode (Settings → Display → Screen Type → Fullscreen)
  • FiveM is running on Release mode (not Beta or Canary)
TipRelease mode is the stable branch. If you're on Beta or Canary, switch back in the FiveM settings.

2.Check your BIOS settings

Restart your PC, enter the BIOS (usually by spamming Delete or F2 right after powering on), and confirm these three things. If you're not sure how, search YouTube for your motherboard model + "enable virtualization".

  • Secure Boot is OFF
  • Hyper-V is ON
  • Virtualization (VT-x for Intel / SVM for AMD) is ON
TipThese have to be set before you run the loader.

3.Prepare your PC

Setup details for your PC are shown on your dashboard's download page after purchase. Stuck on an error? The fixes page and our Discord support can help.

4.Download your unique build

Log in to your SERYX dashboard with your license key and open the Download page to get your unique build. Save the file somewhere easy to find (Desktop works fine).

Important:Do not share your build — it's tied to your HWID.

5.Run the loader

Right-click the loader and choose "Run as administrator". The loader will automatically detect your PC (HWID) — no need to paste anything.

  • Right-click the loader → Run as administrator
  • Let the loader detect your PC automatically
TipSome loaders show a console window — that's normal, just leave it open.

6.Inject and play

Open the loader again, pick FiveM from the menu, and wait for it to say ready. Then launch FiveM and join a server — the menu will appear in-game automatically.

  • Re-open the loader as administrator
  • Select FiveM
  • Make sure FiveM is in Fullscreen mode
  • Make sure FiveM is on Release mode (not Beta/Canary)
  • Launch FiveM when the loader says "ready"
TipIf the menu doesn't show, double-check that FiveM is in Fullscreen and Release mode, and that you're running the loader as administrator.
