What a HWID ban is on FiveM
A hardware ID (HWID) is a fingerprint built from your hardware: motherboard, disk, network adapter and other serials. A HWID ban is tied to that machine rather than to an account, so making a new account does not get you back in.
FiveM servers can see several identifiers for each player who joins, such as your FiveM licence, Steam, Discord and Xbox Live IDs, your IP address and hardware tokens. A server ban usually stores several of them at once, and ban systems check them when you join, so one match can be enough.
What the included spoofer does
The spoofer changes the hardware identifiers a game or anti-cheat reads. The aim is that a ban tied to the old values no longer matches your machine.
It comes with every SERYX FiveM plan: Week, Month, Lifetime and Duo. There is no separate spoofer plan and no add-on to buy.
What it doesn't change
A spoofer covers the hardware part of what a server knows about you, and nothing else. These stay the same:
- Your FiveM licence identifier and your Rockstar account
- Your Steam, Discord and Xbox Live IDs
- Your IP address
- How you play: staff and server scripts that banned you once can spot the same behaviour again
Not a guaranteed unban
A server ban can match on any identifier it stored, so changing the hardware ones doesn't always get you back in. A spoofer is not a guaranteed unban, and it does not stop a new ban.
Game and server bans aren't refundable, so treat the spoofer as a tool that can help, not a promise. The refund policy has the full terms.
Spoofer vs HWID reset
The two get mixed up. The spoofer is about bans from a game or server. A HWID reset is about your SERYX licence, which is locked to one PC: after a hardware change or a Windows reinstall, support re-binds the key to your machine.
Setup and troubleshooting
Start with the FiveM setup guide. It covers BIOS settings, getting your build from the dashboard and running the loader.
If the loader shows a driver, spoofer or load driver error, see that entry on the loader error fixes page. The full driver steps are on your dashboard's download page after purchase.

Frequently asked questions
Is a HWID spoofer included with SERYX FiveM?
Yes. Every SERYX FiveM licence includes a HWID spoofer: Week, Month, Lifetime and Duo. There is no separate spoofer plan.
Does the spoofer cost extra?
No. It is included at no extra cost: €12 a week, €20 a month, €30 lifetime, or €50 for Duo, two lifetime keys. The key is emailed instantly.
Will the spoofer unban me?
Not on its own, and not for certain. It changes the hardware identifiers a game or anti-cheat reads. A FiveM server ban usually also records account identifiers and your IP address, which a spoofer doesn't change. Bans aren't refundable.
Which identifiers does the spoofer change?
Hardware identifiers only, the ones a hardware ban is tied to. It does not change your FiveM licence, Steam, Discord, Rockstar or Xbox ID, or your IP address.
Is a HWID spoofer the same as a HWID reset?
No. The spoofer changes the hardware identifiers a game reads. A HWID reset moves your SERYX licence to a changed or new PC. Ask support for one in Discord or at admin@seryx.gg.
