1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Seryx.gg services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use Seryx software for personal, non-commercial use only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• •Use the materials for any commercial purpose
• •Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software
• •Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. Seryx reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove content at our sole discretion.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• •Sharing or reselling your license
• •Using the service to violate any laws or regulations
• •Attempting to bypass security measures
• •Harassing or abusing other users or staff members

5. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, sales are generally final. You can ask for a refund within 7 days of purchase if the product doesn't work and we can't fix it within 48 hours, if you were charged more than once for the same purchase, or if your key was never delivered. 6. Limitation of Liability

Seryx.gg shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service. This includes but is not limited to account bans, data loss, or any other damages.

7. Updates and Changes

Seryx reserves the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time without notice. We also reserve the right to update these Terms of Service. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
