Frequently asked questions
Is SERYX cheaper than Susano?
Monthly, Susano is cheaper: €13.99 for Lite or €16.99 for Classic, against €20 at SERYX. Lifetime is almost level: Susano Classic is €29.99 (shown down from €44.99), SERYX is €30 and Susano Lite is €36.99. SERYX also sells a week for €12, and two lifetime keys for €50. Prices were checked on 7 October 2026.
Do SERYX and Susano include a HWID spoofer?
Yes, both do. Susano includes its spoofer in all plans and calls it Privacy Protector. SERYX includes one on every FiveM plan. A spoofer changes hardware identifiers, not your FiveM licence, Steam, Discord or IP address, so it isn't a guaranteed unban.
Which has the better refund terms, SERYX or Susano?
SERYX gives you longer to ask. SERYX refunds within 7 days if the menu doesn't work and we can't fix it within 48 hours. There are no refunds for bans. Susano's terms ask for a refund request within 24 hours of purchase with a valid reason, and Susano decides.
Are SERYX and Susano hidden from OBS?
Both say so. Each names OBS, Streamlabs and Medal, and Susano Lite also lists Discord. SERYX adds Discord, Shadowplay and ShareX. Whichever you use, make a short local recording before you go live.
Is SERYX or Susano undetected?
We can't verify that for SERYX or Susano, so we don't compare it. Nobody outside an anti-cheat vendor can check an "undetected" claim, ours included, and no vendor can promise you won't be banned. Compare what you can check before paying instead: price, spoofer, stream-proof claims, status page, changelog and refund terms.
